Good Samaritan Society Bonell Community in Greeley Colorado celebrated their 80th anniversary. During a day which celebrated the past, present and future the Dining Services team exceeded expectations with ice cream themed events in multiple locations.
A crank style ice cream maker was used with pedal power to churn old fashion ice cream of the past, while Executive Chef Arturo Marquez and Sous Chef Cris Enriquez used liquid nitrogen to make instant ice cream in the MCL Teaching Kitchen!
A great job by the MCL team of Terri Martin, Arturo Marquez, Cris Enriquez, Jason Kearns, Emily Luebcke and Kirsten Martin, along with support from communities across Colorado.
