Michigan: Halloween Dinner at Samaritas of Traverse City

Goblin Goo
Traditional goulash, ground beef and a tomato sauce simmered and tossed with elbow noodles, topped with shredded parmesan cheese, served with pumpkin shaped carrots

Stuffed Jack-O-Lantern
Roasted acorn squash stuffed with ground sausage, caramelized onions, fresh local diced apples, fresh spinach and herbs, served with pumpkin shaped carrots

The residents enjoyed their Halloween dinner!  Some options offered on the menu were stuffed “jack-o-lanterns”, homemade pumpkin roll, and pumpkin carved carrots that they thought were adorable!  This was a meal that everyone enjoyed!
