December's special monthly meal at Botsford Commons in Farmington Hill Michigan was a shout out to our wild game within the region. We had a delicious menu of:
Rabbit Stew
Wild Mushroom Tart
Fennel and Apple Salad with a Tarragon Vinaigrette
Venison Tenderloin with a Red Wine Jus
Roasted Root Vegetables
Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
and for Dessert
A Housemade Cranberry Amaretto Cheesecake
Many of the residents stated that it was the best special dinner to date!
