California: Eskaton Buy Local - ACTION STATIONS

On July 11^th, 2017 Eskaton Residents, family, and prospective residents were treated to a Buy Local event that featured local cheese, fresh local produce, breads by our local baker, and locally produced wines. See below for the Buy Local pictures, featuring ACTION STATIONS!

Another action station featured Fresh Bakery Items by Sacramento Bakery.

In staying with a local Theme- Assistant Director Anita Singh provided a fresh vegetable curry and fresh Nan bread. 

MCL Chef Kary Saunders used this event as a training opportunity and had a guest Food Service Director from a nearby Eskaton community to view the setup, event, and even help out preparing foods.
