Illinois: Board Menu at Central Baptist Village

 Recent at our Summer Board meeting our chef’s really shined. Thanks to our Executive Chef Phu Lu and Sous Chef TJ Balogun and the newest addition to the team Sous Chef Scott Jindra the Board member had outstanding evening filled with delicious food. 
 They were all wowed by the assortment of new items for them to enjoy.
 Menu included:
Tangerine Consommé
Semi Fredo: Coconut and Passion Fruit Flavored
Caprese Salad with Pickled Red Onions
Crispy Pork and Salmon Wontons
Negamaki Salmon Roll
Sous vide NY Strip Steak on Roasted Potato with a Chimchurri Sauce
