On August 25th, Executive Chef Director of Dining Services Max Humbrecht and Sous Chef Kristen Johnson along with support of
chefs and managers from northern Colorado Good Samaritan Communities provided an amazing five-course meal for the Estes
Park Meals on Wheels Fundraiser.
The meal featured smoked trout chowder, watermelon arugula and cucumber salad, house made
tagliatelle pasta, buffalo sirloin and a local Colorado Palisade peach tart. Together Morrison Community Living, the Good Samaritan
Society Estes Park Village and Crossroads Ministry will begin providing Meals on Wheels for Estes Park Residents. This dinner
fundraiser which raised 10K was an amazing jump start to the endeavor.
