Illinois: Pureed Stuffed Pork Loin at Smith Crossing

One of our morning cooks at Smith Crossing has been putting an extra effort into our puree meals.  Megan Pyzik recently showed her talent by making a pureed stuffed pork loin.  Residents, staff members, and family members were very impressed with the meal.  Thank you, Megan for enriching the lives of seniors!
