Indiana: Fabulous Plates at FUMC

Our menu feature today was prepared by Sous Chef, Jeff Simpson. The dish is Chicken Princess (roasted chicken with crab meat and hollandaise sauce), also known as chicken Oscar. In addition to this beautiful display, the resident had the choice of other items on the buffet: mustard glazed ham on the carving station, garlic roasted asparagus, and Parmesan mashed potatoes.
