EHM Senior Solutions – Saline met with guests at Pittsfield
Township Senior Center in Ann Arbor, MI.
Registered Dietitian, Nicole Blair, discussed “Superfoods” and presented
a delicious Avocado Salad made by Chef Travis from Brecon Village. Guests enjoyed discussing a wide variety foods
with added health benefits and how to incorporate into their lifestyle. The Avocado Salad was sampled and enjoyed by
all.
