Illinois: Cooking With the Chef at Smith Crossing

This month for Cooking with the Chef at Smith Crossing, our cook, Berto showed the residents how to make tamales.  Berto shared his family’s recipe and told the residents about his family’s traditions.  The residents loved the homemade tamales and look forward to them being on the menu in the future!
