Indiana: Wheel O'Five

Chef Camden has been working diligently for several months to get our Wheel O'Five flawless and in use. We are excited to announce that it is finally complete! The Wheel O'Five takes the Compass Take 5 program to a whole new level!

Our program focuses on cleaning, labeling and safety. It offers a Take 5, a Label 5, Safety 5, Chef's Choice and 3 Free Passes! Each subject is followed by a particular color. These colors are then corresponded to a different zone in the kitchen. 

For example, if someone lands on a blue Label 5, and the color blue refers to the dry storage room, the associates would have to go to the dry storage room and review or add labels to products for 5 minutes. 

We are looking forward to the new heights we will reach by implementing this program!
