Our program focuses on cleaning, labeling and safety. It offers a Take 5, a Label 5, Safety 5, Chef's Choice and 3 Free Passes! Each subject is followed by a particular color. These colors are then corresponded to a different zone in the kitchen.
For
example, if someone lands on a blue Label 5, and the color blue refers
to the dry storage room, the associates would have to go to the dry
storage room and review or add labels to products for 5 minutes.
