This
November we celebrated the cranberry fruit along with our traditional
Thanksgiving lunch which is served each year. This year we tried something new
for Cook Club – a cranberry chutney served over a baguette. The residents were
intrigued by this new dish and some people who said they didn’t like
cranberries actually enjoyed this dish!
This event was Cole Elowsky’s (DDS)
first Cook Club at Bay County Medical Care Facility. He had a lot to share on
the history of cranberries and chutney.
