Executive Chef Jason Nelson and his culinary team set out a spectacular abundance of seafood for Christmas morning brunch.
Residents and guest alike enjoy the house smoke salmon, copious shrimp cocktail and the luscious brown butter, butternut squash coulis with scallions that adorned the seared salmon filets.
Those were just a few of the array of dishes that brought the spirit of holiday cheer and joyful hospitality to all at Frasier for the holiday meal.
